The project was realized during LOCIS residency in Carrick-on-Shannon, Ireland. It was an attempt to preserve the most famous traditional grocery products in peat, known as a perfect preservative. The most significant part of this work was a sheep’s heart, symbolizing the heart of Ireland. The preserved organ was later transported to Poland.
